The race is a five mile route down the river, out through the harbour and round Coquet Island.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-HL0FFAwwG4s\/UbRPAAxbytI\/AAAAAAAAFMs\/0gfkw_2NI8E\/s320\/Coquet5.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Here paddlers are assembling before the start. I&#8217;m the one in the dark boat in the far background.
