async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Delphin MKII CoreLite X<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The biggest\u00a0improvement I found in the Delphin MKII CoreLite X is the extra speed and responsiveness it has in surf. This is thanks largely to the greater\u00a0stiffness in the plastic construction. The cockpit has also been improved to provide better comfort and connectivity. \u00a0The day hatch is a welcome addition, as are\u00a0the sailing fittings. \u00a0In summary, the Delphin MKII CoreLite X\u00a0has all of the great\u00a0features of the original Delphin but with some very\u00a0useful additions\/refinements and stiffer plastic for even more fun\u00a0surfing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sea Kayak Sailing in Tideraces<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is a bit of a\u00a0balance whether\/or not to deploy the sail in a tiderace. When the waves are not particularly steep the addition of a sail makes catching waves far easier,\u00a0increasing the number of surfable waves and the length of the runs. At some point the balance between fun and fear will probably\u00a0tip towards fear, or at the very least uncomfortableness.
