John Carmody was gracious enough to host (again).<\/p>\n<p>Woke up Thursday to the sound of rain.   After a leisurely breakfast, John drove Fiona Cousins and me to Ocean Point where unloaded and geared up.   The rain let up as we launched and headed towards Thrumcap Island.  A bit of swell was bouncing nicely off the Eastern side of the island<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After a bite to eat on the island we headed back up the Eastern side of Thrumcap to the Thread of Life Islands.
