Local coaching and guiding outfit &#8216;Active 4 Seasons&#8217; arranged for several sea kayak manufacturers including P&amp;H to attend.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kFh0QxACX1o'>Video Highlights<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following a dull start on Saturday, the sun began to shine through onto ideal sea conditions for checking our some of the latest kayaks and kit. &#8216;Aries&#8217;, &#8216;Cetus&#8217; and &#8216;Delphin&#8217; were hardly off the water all day.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/IMG_5031.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/IMG_5031-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1552\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sunday was race day. The annual 5.5 mile Coquet Island Race is a must for anyone interested in sea kayak racing. This event has a friendly and informal atmosphere but once the race is underway competitive nature takes hold. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/P1060931.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.phpaddlers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/P1060931-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1553\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Particular congratulations are due to &#8216;Dangerous&#8217; Dave Brook, who arranged for a P&amp;H demo &#8216;Cetus MV&#8217; for the race.
