Vacancy: Experienced Laminator

P&H Sea Kayaks, a leading name in premium composite sea kayak manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Laminator to join our dedicated team of craftspeople at our workshop in West Hallam.

About the Role

As a Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality composite kayak hulls and components to the exceptional standards our customers expect, using wet layup, vacuum bagged, and infusion processes. Working closely within a skilled and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in building products renowned worldwide for their performance and craftsmanship.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with composite laminating processes.
• Preferably experience in infusion or vacuum moulding techniques.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to achieving consistently high standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.

Working Hours:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
